Alhamdulillah, many exciting programs and events have been organized by JAZRO throughout June 2024 ✨ 🥳
Now, let's look at our progress & update for June 2024 🚀🚀🚀
✅ A total of 9,759 new students have registered for our programs (the total accumulated students in our database has increased to 62,858 students).
✅ Continue to conduct Bengkel Asas Robotik, Robotic Demonstration & Trial Class at East and Central Region to spread more knowledge of robotic education to the community👏🏻
✅ Organized July PAJSK program, "PERTANDINGAN MENCIPTA POSTER 'HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY'" in conjunction with the Teacher's Day celebration & received 7.4+k registered participation from students around Malaysia 😱
Below are the key highlights for June 2024:-
1️⃣ MOU JAZRO x MAHSA
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Jazro and MAHSA University took place at MAHSA University's Bandar Saujana Putra Campus🤝This collaboration marks a significant step towards enhancing the skills and knowledge of MAHSA University students in the rapidly evolving field of robotics and technology 🦾
Through this partnership, Jazro will work closely with MAHSA University to develop and upskill students, preparing them to become Certified Robotic Tutors 🤖 The training program will focus on equipping students with modern knowledge and competencies essential for the IR4.0 (Industrial Revolution 4.0) era, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of the digital and technological landscape.
This initiative not only benefits the students by providing them with valuable skills and certifications but also aligns with Jazro's mission to bridge the digital literacy gap. By fostering such collaborations, Jazro aims to contribute to the growth and development of a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation and progress in the field of robotics and beyond 🚀
2️⃣ JELAJAH SAYA DIGITAL @ KUALA TERENGGANU
The Jelajah Saya Digital @ Kuala Terengganu event, hosted by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), was held at KTCC Mall in Kuala Terengganu. Encik Amiruddin bin Abdul Shukor, MDEC's Vice President/Head of Corporate Service officiated this event, and many exciting sessions were arranged. A highlight of the event was the Robotic Workshop organized by Jazro to show our dedication to reducing the digital literacy gap through engaging and educational programs 🤖
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the basics of robotics and coding. The 2-hour session provided hands-on experience and practical knowledge, sparking interest in these fields. Participants, ranging from primary to secondary school students, enjoyed the fun approach to learning about robotics and coding 🤩
The success of this event demonstrates the potential of such events to inspire the younger generation. We hope that our contribution will encourage more students to explore and pursue interests in technology, ultimately contributing to a more digitally literate society 🚀
3️⃣ THE ART OF AUTISM - AUTISM AWARENESS PROGRAMME
The Art of Autism - Autism Awareness Programme, organized by the National Autism Resource Centre (NARC) UiTM and NASOM, brought together various exhibitors, including Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, Al-Kauthar Edukids, Jazro Robotic Academy and PPDK Sinar Harapan Negara 🥰 This event featured an Art of Autism Exhibition, showcasing the paintings of many new, talented young local artists who are autistic, highlighting their unique perspectives and creativity 🤩
In addition to the exhibition, the programme included a variety of engaging activities designed to raise autism awareness. Attendees could participate in Autism Awareness Talks and sharing sessions from experts and public figures, offering valuable insights into autism. The event also provided free autism screening, a play area, and special performances from autistic talents, creating an inclusive and supportive environment 🤗
Jazro, as one of the exhibitors, showcased our robotherapy products to visitors. These modules are designed to help autistic students learn about robotics and coding, supporting their development and providing them with valuable skills 🤖 The event also featured booths selling autism-related products and services, further enhancing the resources available to the autism community. The Art of Autism programme successfully combined education, awareness, and support, making a positive impact on all who attended 🦾
4️⃣ PAJSK PROGRAM: PERTANDINGAN MENCIPTA POSTER 'HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY'
Jazro organized our monthly PAJSK programme with the theme centred around Teacher's Day 🎉 This month's focus was on poster creation using Canva, inviting students to design and submit their most creative "Happy Teacher's Day" posters. The competition received a tremendous response, with 7.4+k students registering to participate 😱
The competition was divided into four categories, ensuring fair competition among different age groups: two categories for primary school students and two for secondary school students 🤗 Each category provided the opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and design skills in celebrating Teacher's Day.
After receiving and evaluating all the submissions, the judges selected the most creative posters in each category. The winners were announced and praised for their outstanding work 🥳 We hope this competition not only celebrated Teacher's Day but also encouraged students to express their appreciation creatively while honing their digital design skills 🥰
